Every year, on the last Sunday of September, the Church celebrates the World Day of Migrants and Refugees. This day is celebrated to express concern for migrants and refugees who are displaced and facing numerous challenges, to pray for them, and to urge governments to uphold their human rights.
In the Jubilee Year of Hope 2025, we will host the Migrants and Immigrants Gathering in Taiwan, bringing us together in thanksgiving, prayer, and solidarity—honoring the journey and contributions of all migrants.
We aim to support their integration and development in our society as we journey together in Christ. Additionally, research is being conducted on the current situation of migrant workers to better understand their needs and explore ways to support them.
